Eatrenalin is a gastronomy event concept that immerses guests in different culinary worlds. Guests enjoy a gourmet menu while traversing multisensory, multimedia-designed spaces and experiencing an adventure of all five senses.

Based on the central idea of “New dimensions of dining”, distylerie has created an immersive brand experience with futuristic, visually stimulating elements. Implementations range from the concept of the pre-arrival video, the launch campaign and website, to the signage in the restaurant, all with the aim of touching the guests on a deeper, emotional level.

distylerie is the proud recipient of multiple prestigious awards for the creation of Eatrenalin, including the Red Dot Award 2023 in “Brand Design & Identity,” the German Design Award 2024 in “Excellent Communications Design – Brand Identity,” and two German Brand Awards 2024 for “Excellence in Brand Strategy and Creation – Brand Communication / Brand Events” as well as the coveted “Brand Experience of the Year.”

The key design elements of Eatrenalin are opulent 3D spheres. They allude to mysterious worlds without giving away too much about the themed spaces of the Eatrenalin experience. The goal is to stimulate the guests’ imagination. We also created the script for a pre-arrival film personalised with the guests’ names to signal the start of the experience and build anticipation.

As wild as the stories that were never told.

Eatrenalin was developed by distylerie, an award-winning branding agency from Zurich. We created the brand essence, brand strategy, and visual identity, and shaped the brand experience through 3D and design. The result is a coherent brand experience for a new dining concept at Europa-Park.

Brand experience design makes a brand tangible across all senses – space, image, motion, and story – not just through a logo. It connects brand strategy, corporate design, and experience into one coherent whole. For Eatrenalin, the brand stays consistent from first communication to the on-site experience.

We created the brand essence, brand strategy, visual identity, and the website. For brand communication we also developed and produced our own 3D visuals – teasers that hint at the experience without revealing too much. The content on the large in-venue screens and the spatial design were realised by partners and Europa-Park.

By clarifying the brand essence first and deriving everything from it. We translated the core – movement, the senses, transition – into a distinctive visual language and storytelling that sparks curiosity and makes the unexpected feel familiar.

3D visualisation is a central part of our contribution: we developed and produced the 3D visuals for communication – teasers that make the experience tangible without giving it away. The large-scale screen staging and the spatial execution on site were handled by partners and Europa-Park.

A brand system bundles principles and visual and verbal rules by which a brand operates. This keeps Eatrenalin consistent and recognisable across communication, website, and content.

The project has been recognised internationally several times – including the Red Dot Award, the German Design Award, and the German Brand Award with the special title “Brand Experience of the Year.”
